Finding accommodation at La Giudecca is not difficult, and the range is really wide. Where to stay? From cheap to 5 star luxury hotels, all is possible. Renting an apt or staying at bed & breakfast are other possible options.
THE YOUTH HOSTEL - Tourists on a budget will choose the Ostello delle Zitelle (just in front of the boat stop "Zitelle", aside the Church). Open all year 'round, quite clean and comfortable. Boredom does not live there, and it is not "reserved" to young people: any age is welcome, so you may happen to meet couples of experienced travellers and people from all over the world.

It is not difficult to get accomodation for longer periods in apartments to rent at La Giudecca. The island is quiet and people very helpful, so this could be the best solution if you plan to stay more then 4 days. The only problem, at 10.30 pm they kiss you goodnight. RENTING AN APARTMENT in la Giudecca is also a possibility, very interesting for periods longer than a week. As a rule (depending on the Italian laws) apartments should not be rented for less than 3 nights: as a personal favor (or illegally), in some cases a shorter rent is possible. So if the agency requires you to rent the room for at least 3 nights, it is a sign of honesty.
